Lemon Garlic Hummus

I love yellow.


So by default, I love lemons.


I love yellow because of the light and cheer it can bring to almost anything.


And we can all use a little more light and cheer in our lives…


It’s interesting how lemons can do the same to food, both in color and flavor.


So cheers to more light and cheer in our lives, and our food!

Lemon Garlic Hummus

1 15.5 oz. can of chickpeas
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon chive & onion cream cheese
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt

1. Drain chickpeas and blend in food chopper.
2. Add lemon juice, cream chese and garlic salt and blend again.
3. Remove from food chopper and serve with carrots.
