Banana Pepper Salsa

I’m feeling hodgepodge today.

Maybe it’s the heat.

Or maybe it’s the fact that I’m watching Escape Island on E. Who? What? Whyyyyy?? Is it Survivor? The Bachelor?? The show is trash and makes no sense.

In my defense, Webbie and I move in together in less than 2 weeks…and these shows that I hate love will be limited.

Banana Pepper Salsa

Ingredients:
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 jalapeno, chopped
½ cup banana peppers
5 mint leaves, chopped
Juice of half lemon and half lime
Dash of Salt and Pepper

Directions
1. Pulse tomatoes 10 times.
2. Add jalapeno and banana peppers, pulse 5 times.
3. Add mint leaves, lemon, lime and seasonings – pulse 1 or 2 times to combine.
4. Strain excess liquid.
5. Serve with sweet potato chips.
