Blueberry Almond Ice Cream
1 ½ cups almond milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup sugar
1 cup whole, fresh blueberries
½ cup slivered blanched almonds
1. Combine almond milk, cream, sugar and salt. Whisk until sugar and salt dissolve.
2. Add mixture to ice cream maker and begin to churn.
3. Add blueberries and almonds.
4. Churn for approximately 20 minutes and serve immediately.
