Sometimes you just need a little crunch.
And all you gotta do is…Shake. Pop. Crunch. Smile. Repeat!
Let me demonstrate:
Garlic Dill Popcorn
½ cup yellow popcorn kernels
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon dill weed
1. Melt butter and add garlic salt and dill weed.
2. Combine seasoned butter and popcorn kernels in a large, heavy-bottom pan with cover. Mix together so kernels are covered with butter.
3. Cover and heat over medium heat, shaking frequently. Once popping begins, shake constantly and crack cover to allow steam to escape. When popping slows, remove from heat.
4. Transfer into bowl and sprinkle generously with garlic salt.
