I implore you to really think about this one. No, it doesn’t mean running if you’ve been there, done that, and despise the thought of lacing up your Nikes. No, it doesn’t mean joining a gym if you’ve tried every workout class ever created. No, it doesn’t mean going for a hike if you have nightmares of running into a bear. It does however mean trying a variety of activities until one sticks, and it won’t stick until you love it. Chive Croutons
Ingredients:
2 cups old bread (I used a French baguette)
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Cut up bread into cubes.
2. Mix together oil, chives, salt and pepper.
3. Brush over bread pieces until saturated.
4. Toast in toaster until golden brown.
5. Serve warm!
