It’s Fridaaaay! Say what? You’ve had a long week? You deserve a treat?

I couldn’t agree more. Remember that cardamom whipped cream? Well, I remixed it with some store bought ingredients.

This ice cream is heaveeeeen. And as you recall, the blackberries that drank up that cardamom whipped cream were soaked in bourbon so it pairs nicely. I found myself digging around for the scrumptious candied pecans!

These snickerdoodles from Trader Joes were SO soft and flavorful. Definitely a great tool to spoon up the ice cream and whipped cream.

I just added a few scoops of ice cream in each mug and then topped with whipped cream, a cookie and a sprinkle of cinnamon. A nice mix of homemade and store bought ingredients.
