In contrast, this recipe is mildly sweet, fruity and creamy. Yet still filled with super foods.
Like the kale & avocado smoothie, but without the gag reflex and weird look from your coworkers at the thick, green consistency. Win – win.
Morning Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup pureed blueberries
½ cup pureed strawberries
1 cup Almond milk
2 rainbow carrots
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
