This is not low fat, half fat, or no fat ice cream…
In fact, this is not ice cream that you want {or should} have more than a scoop at a time.
But it’s SO GOOD. One scoop of this decadence is all you need. Promise!
Now you’re thinking…pepper? In my ice cream? Well, I was inspired by two things…
1) An article in Cooking Light about pairing sugar with pepper instead of salt to emphasize the flavor
2) A lack of vanilla bean in my kitchen (and possibly your kitchen?)
So be like pepper, and be bold!
And tune in Thursday to hear how it tastes ‘From the Mouth of Webbie…’
