Since this is the time for goblins and bats,
Halloween spirits, ghosts and cats,

Halloween 1

Weird-happenings and witches brew,
These are the things I wish for you:

Halloween 2

May the only spirit you chance to meet,
Be the spirit of love and warm friends sweet.

Halloween 3

May the tricks that you are asked to do,
Be a trick to help you gain a friend or two.

Halloween 4

“How do you gain a friend?” you say
Well, it’s something you can do today.

Halloween 5

Whip up a scrumptious meal and yummy chocolate treat
And you’ll have a line out your kitchen of new friends to meet!

Halloween 6

Description: This MAY be better than real pasta – gasp! Explore the PASTAbilities of spaghetti squash with this Halloween themed dinner…

Spaghetti Squash Brains, Pumpkin Tomato Blood and Meatball Eyes

Ingredients:

1 medium-large spaghetti squash
3 cups red pasta sauce
1 cup pumpkin (make sure it’s not pumpkin pie filling)
Store Bought Meatballs (I used Nature’s Promise Italian-Style)

Directions:

1. Squash: Trim both ends, then cut it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and place the halves cut-side down on a baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees until tender, 25 minutes. Scrape the squash into strands with a fork.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine pasta sauce and pumpkin until smooth.
3. Heat meatballs.
4. Plate with squash strands, sauce and meatballs!
